Over the last week I have been changing some things around in a couple of my shops. I had been reserving my Artfire.com shop for mostly vintage items with the occasional handmade piece and I was trying to keep all my handmade items in my Etsy.com shop. I realized that over the course of the last year I had mixed things all up, so I decided to switch postings from one store to another. I’m not sure that this will even matter, but I thought it was worth a try. At one time I had listed doubles of some vintage Valentine’s Day cards in each shop and the Etsy.com postings sold very quickly. I feel a little lost lately regarding what sells best at each location. Has anyone else experimented this way before? If you do have several different online entities do you find that the same customers check out each shop, or just stick with one or the other? I don’t mind having more than one online store and I love that Artfire.com does not charge listing and selling fees. I just don’t think I am ready to give up on either one quite yet. Oh yeah, and here are a couple of new postings. These are actually handmade items rather than the vintage fare that you have been seeing in more recent posts.
Funky Flower Pillows – Pink, Yellow.
Vintage Handkerchief Wall Piece – Large Leaf
Vintage Handkerchief Wall Piece – Wreath of Flowers
Small Tote Bag – Yellow and Green Plaid
