Stumped Or Just Obsessed?

Lately I have been so involved in cleaning and updating our new home that I feel that my brain is on just one track. And, that is the one straight to DIY town. I keep sitting down at my computer to write a new blog entry and I realize the only thing that has been occupying my time lately has involved painting, hanging pictures, cleaning, rearranging, etc, etc. I guess I will just go ahead and post what I am up to, but I fear that I may bore the pants off anyone that comes by the blog. I am sure that sooner or later I will have something else to obsess over...like, well...a new human being. But, I promise not to make this a "mommy gives TMI about the newborn" blog. Okay, I better get back to lining the linen closet shelves with contact paper......

Such and exciting life!

Oh, I'm sure you are quite busy getting settled in to the new diggs.
But hey, we love to hear about decorating projects!
Paint colors, furniture choices, window treatments, nursery decor, its all good.

Just try not to stress out or do too much at once. The outside pics of your new place were so gorgeous, I can't imagine there were too many major projects to do on the inside.
Oh, and as one who has no little ones, I love to hear the mommy stories.

I'm with Kimberly...any decorating..even the linen closet liner sounds interesting to ones who live vicariously through others decorating. If I could redecorate more than once a year I'd be in heaven...painting would be a monthly project, but hubby would be mortified moving furniture so much.
You don't even have to write. Just pics of progress. Remember, one room at a time,breath, and just have fun!!!

It must feel overwhelming at times, do you work on one room at a time? I always get distracted before a project has been completed, so I end up with lots of unfinished rooms.

Linda- I have the same problem you have. It's hard to start and complete just one thing when you can have parts of other projects going at the same time, right? It's called multi-tasking. At least that's what I always tell myself. ;0)
